My Story
I am a clinical psychologist with experience working in both private and community settings with individuals across the lifespan. I have a particular interest in the early developmental period and working therapeutically with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges. I have experience in administering neurodevelopmental assessment (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder) and therapeutic interventions that are relational, trauma informed and based on mentalisation, cognitive behavioural, attachment and developmental frameworks.

Each person brings to therapy their own unique set of experiences, strengths and challenges and I work to provide a safe and comfortable space to think about their difficulties in the context of their life story and relationships and to work together to increase the person’s understanding of themselves and those around them in order to improve their wellbeing.
