My Story

I am a registered counsellor and Infant Mental Health Practitioner. I hold a Master's Degree in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health from Edith Cowan University. I have worked closely with many families during the perinatal period in the government, not-for-profit and private sectors including developing, managing, and delivering early intervention, child protection programs and providing individual and group supervision for staff.

I have extensive understanding of the many challenges and barriers families face and how these challenges may impact the formation of positive early relationships and affect healthy family functioning. I am dedicated to supporting families in their journey, helping them to flourish and make positive long-term changes for the future. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to each family's unique and individual needs and are underpinned with an infant mental health lens.

I have considerable experience in delivering therapeutic group programs in addition to supporting individual parents, mother-infant dyads, and a diverse range of families.
